to preface, this is the first and only cup iÆve used so i have no idea how it compares to others. but i really love it! i got the small version because i have never given birth and my flows are pretty average. my thoughts:1. (pro) it can hold overnight. itÆs best to wear a liner/pad in the beginning of your cycle if you are just starting out, but if you have used a cup for a while, you are likely able to tell when to change based on experience.2....

First time using a menstrual cup and I am 80% please with it! I say 80 because the only issue I have with it is *sometimes* it leaks when itÆs ôfullö, even though when itÆs removed, itÆs only about 50% full. I use a panty liner with it.
