IÆm an extremely heavy bleeder my first 2-3 days. I do have to change it every 3-4 hours those days. ItÆs 12 hours if you are a light/normal bleeder. I suggest wearing a pad or panty liner with it in case of leaks especially if you are new to cups and canÆt properly place it in yet or if youÆre a heavy bleeder because it will leak if you overflow.
